As the creator of aircraft service ground Wells in our country, Kfote has been dedicated to the field of ground support for civil and military aviation since its establishment in 2004. Craft has implemented a "safety mutual inspection system" in each production workshop - before starting work, employees in the same team work as partners to check protective equipment and verify process forms. Any problems found are immediately reminded and recorded. The daily morning meeting includes a safety presentation session, where the team leader or safety officer emphasizes the risk points of the day's work. The company regularly organizes fire drills, electric shock first aid drills, and mechanical injury handling drills, covering all employees to ensure that every employee "knows how to handle emergencies".

Craft advocates the "Four Nos" principle (no harm to oneself, no harm to others, no harm to others, and protection of others from harm), and incorporates safety performance into the monthly performance assessment. Employees who proactively discover and report major hazards will be given special rewards, and those who violate safety regulations will be dealt with seriously in accordance with the system.

Every year, organize occupational health check-ups for all staff and establish personal health records. The company's trade union regularly visits the families of front-line employees to convey the warmth of "family culture".

During the period of undertaking the urgent order for the new model of intelligent underground Wells, the construction period was tight and the precision requirements were extremely high. The project team has been working continuously for several weeks. The company has specially arranged for the logistics support team to provide measures such as extra meals during night shifts and consolation for family members stationed at the factory to ensure that employees have no worries during the critical stage.

It is precisely this sense of responsibility that has enabled Kfotek to successively win honors such as the "Best Smart Airport Achievement Award of China Civil Aviation" and the "Military-Civilian Integration Enterprise Award", and to provide key ground support equipment for national key projects like Beijing Daxing International Airport, contributing Kfotek's strength to the construction of "safe, green, smart and humanistic" four-type airports in the country.

In the future, Craft will continue to improve its safety management system, increase safety investment, and promote the digital and visual operation and maintenance upgrade of underground well products. At the same time, we will deepen the "master-apprentice" inheritance mechanism to pass on both safety standards and the spirit of craftsmanship to each generation of Kfote people.
