At Chengdu Kefute Aviation Equipment Co., LTD., there is such a group of people: they do not often appear in the spotlight, but with their daily dedication and perseverance, they support the safety and trust behind the takeoff and landing of aircraft. Chen Xin, 38 years old, is a key member of the installation and equipment maintenance team at Kefu Electric. He is one of them. Since joining the company in 2010, he has been involved in the installation and commissioning of underground shaft equipment for major projects such as Beijing Daxing and Chengdu Tianfu. With a pair of diagonal pliers and a spirit of craftsmanship, he has been writing extraordinary stories in an ordinary position.


In his heart, "Safety first, details determine success or failure" is not only a creed but also an unwavering commitment for sixteen years. Although the aviation ground well equipment is hidden underground, it is connected to the lifeline of aircraft takeoff and landing. This extraordinariness stems precisely from his extreme meticulousness towards every screw and every wire.










01Sixteen years of perseverance, from accident to inevitability

In July 2010, Chen Xin, filled with excitement, anticipation and a touch of confusion, stepped into KVolt for the first time. At that time, the company was still small in scale, with simple equipment and factory conditions far from being comparable to those of today. A casual conversation with the company's leader, Mr. Chen, enabled him to secure an internship opportunity based on his professional background and he eventually stayed, where he has been working for sixteen years.



He witnessed the transformation of the company in person. Back then, the factory was small and so was the team. Now it's completely different. Chen Xin said that nowadays, the team of Kvolt is becoming more and more professional, the factory has expanded, and the equipment is also more modern. From one person to a group of people, from simplicity to modernization, he has witnessed the company's step-by-step growth.










02Safety is the first language




 " 

In Chen Xin's eyes, to do well in the aviation ground well business, there is only one most important quality: safety.

A pair of diagonal pliers that has been with him for over a decade is an old companion that has accompanied him through countless project installations, commissioning and maintenance. But what is more important than the tools is the meticulous attention to detail. Take the installation of cable trays as an example. In past projects, there were installation difficulties, especially in high-standard projects such as Beijing Daxing Airport. Chen Xinli spent his spare time studying the characteristics of the company's equipment and, based on his past experience, proposed a trial installation plan for trapezoidal bridge frames in the Tianfu Airport project, which achieved good results. Since then, this plan has been promoted to multiple projects, providing an important guarantee for the safe operation of ground well equipment.

The test that put him the greatest pressure and also made him the proudest was at the Beijing Daxing Airport project. Due to personnel changes, the company has temporarily appointed Chen Xin to lead the electrical installation work. He and his team members worked day and night and finally completed the installation task successfully before the acceptance. At that moment, the entire team felt a sense of relief. He said that the proudest moment was "the moment when the intermediate frequency plug on the well equipment was plugged into the aircraft and all the indicator lights were powered on and working normally." This sense of achievement hidden beneath the ground became incredibly clear amid the grand sounds of the planes taking off and landing smoothly.









03A down-to-earth guardian of major national projects

On the path of growth, Master He had a profound influence on Chen Xin. He, who is both a teacher and a friend, imparted the principles of "If there is a problem, check it level by level, safety first" and "Details determine success or failure". Chen Xin also passed on these ideas.

Facing technological upgrades, he watched videos, consulted others, and continuously learned, practiced and summarized in projects. The company's promotion and his own proactive exploration go hand in hand, ensuring that he always keeps up with the pace. What made him feel most warm was the timely care given by the company when he was injured or sick during work.


After a day of meticulous and rigorous work, Chen Xin likes to relax by sleeping and watching short videos. In the eyes of his family, he is a person in charge of both "electricity" and "equipment". It is called high-end and sophisticated because our products have been used in major national projects such as Daxing Airport and Tianfu Airport. I say I'm down-to-earth because I deal with equipment, lines and safety every day. Chen Xin said that his family thought what he did was very down-to-earth and valuable.

As a veteran employee who has been with the team for a long time, Chen Xin wants to say a sincere word to the young people who have just joined the team: "Pay attention to the drawings." And he believes that for the company to continue to succeed in the future, the most indispensable things are safety and quality.






From 2010 to 2026, from naivety to maturity, Chen Xin's sixteen years at Kefu have been sixteen years of growing together with technology and responsibility. He used a pair of diagonal pliers and worked day and night countless times to debug, guarding every line and every plug underground. Just as he said, "Both work and age are constantly 'growing'." And this is precisely the truest portrayal of Kvolt's face.
